REGISTRATIONS

DEADLINES

• Registration will open on 08th January.

• In the Elite category, teams must fill out the corresponding form with the basic team information and pay a 100€ deposit to reserve their spot. Later, another form will be sent to submit the personal details of all team members and pay the remaining balance of the registration fee.

• In the Aventura category, a form will be available to directly complete all the team members information.

SPOTS

• There will be a total of 100 spots available to participate in the Pyrene Raid.

• 50 spots for the Elite category.

• 50 spots for the Aventura category.

 

If all spots in any category are filled, a waiting list will be opened to cover possible cancellations.

REFUND POLICY

​

If the offered spots are filled (50 Elite - 50 Adventure):

- As a general rule for all categories, if any team requests the cancellation of their registration and their spot is filled by another team on the waiting list, the full registration fee will be refunded.

If spots are still available:

- Teams registered in the Elite category who request cancellation before April 30th can recover 520€ of the registration fee. From May 01 onwards, no refund will be issued.
- Aventura-Juvenil category teams who request cancellation before April 30th will receive a full refund of the registration fee. From May 01 onwards, no refund will be issued.

Finally:
- If any team registered in the Elite category requests a change to the Aventura category from May 01 onwards, the change will be processed without any refund.
